Still On For This Weekend's Conference

Some of the art I'll be selling that day along with copies of El Milagro de Monterrey.

Due to a some sort of mix up, all vendors (including myself) who will be attending the National Association for Chicana and Chicano Studies will have only Saturday to set up and sell their wares. On the upside, we have been given the space for free. That was very nice of them and I greatly appreciate it. I'll be there from 10a.m. to 5p.m. It an entirely new experience for me so I'm really looking forward to that day. Stop by the Arriba Arte Studios table to say hi.

Rockin' It!

My cart full of stuff (including a rock) for my Doc Ed shows this evening at Vineyard Ranch Elementary School. Tomorrow I'll be at the Medina County Ag Fair.

Spring is Here!

Took this shot on our walk with our dog Sally.

Have you noticed the air seems a little sweeter? Spend a little time outside today if you can because around here the mild temperatures wont last very long.

Saturday Night Doodles

I haven't posted the last couple of Saturday's worth of drawings so here they are. Been a bit busy these last couple of weeks but in a good way. No matter how busy it's been around here I never miss my Saturday night fun. It's nostalgic a experience to be sure but I wouldn't watch them as often as I have if I truly didn't enjoy them beyond that childhood nostalgia. I love the sets, colors, lighting, costumes and effects and the stories whether they be silly or serious. It's good entertainment.
