I've been performing as Doc Edwards, Aquifer Explorer for the last five years and have enjoyed it very much. It' a lot of fun. I get to entertain kids, parents and teachers in schools, libraries in and around the San Antonio area that is within the Edwards Aquifer Region. Oh, and I also share a little info about the Edwards Aquifer too.
Smiles and laughter are the greatest reward for me in my line of work but every so often you a get a little something extra special. At the School of Science and Technology where I did a few shows today, I was given a nice gift (pictured above) by one of the students present at the last show of the day. Those kind of things mean a lot to me and I treasure those gifts.
More shows tomorrow. I can't wait!

Pammy and I are going to have fun working together again on stage. She and I will be performing for the Connally's Dance Workshop's annual recital. I'll be a toymaker and she'll be a customer buying gifts at my shop including a trapeze bear marionette.
She and I will be working out some "comic business" as she goes from item to item in search of the perfect gifts.
Rehearsals for our part started today but the show is the first week of June. Should be fun! It's also a good feeling to be working in pantomime again. It's been a very long time!
