Documentary filmmaker Frank Christopher and film crew Crew Mark Stitzer and John Maniscalco of Penn State Public Broadcasting were at Schulze Elementary School this morning shooting a segment for the documentary "Water Blues Green Solutions" which will air on PBS in the fall of 2013. The documentary takes you to six U.S. cities, including San Antonio, that are using innovative ways to protect and conserve the precious natural resource:water.
They filmed both presentations of the Amazing Aquifer Adventure show. I was interviewed briefly between shows about the Doc Ed program and what it meant to me to be a part of it.
