Tomorrow's Another Day

I'm still having issues with my computer. Apparently it doesn't have enough RAM. I just bought it a back up hard drive, and an adapter for more usb port attachments. What more does it want of me?! I refuse to get it an Iphone. That's where I draw the line. To take my mind off my 21st century burdens I've been taking photos of one of my favorite subjects: the sky. I can feel the tension leaving my body. Peace and goodnight.

Happy Birthday William Shakespeare

"All the world's a stage and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts, his acts being seven ages."

On the Road with Doc Ed

I went to several schools this week. The one pictured above, Colonies North, is one of several I didn't get pictures of the show but the building is nice and so were the people.

Feel the power of Doc. I know I can make you conserve water!! By the way, that's at Braun Station Elementary on the Northwest side of town.

I had an interpreter for the hearing impaired at Braun Station. I did my my best to pace myself for her and it worked out well.

Here I am doing the "robot".

At Colonies North Elementary School things went well but again, no photos. Better luck and memory next time.

Advanced Studies 1993

Glenn "Frosty" Little.

Above and below are a series of photos I took back in June of 1993 at the Advanced Studies in Clowning which was a week-long camp in the mountains of Virginia organized by Leon McBryde and Frosty Little, both of whom were former clowns for the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus. It was this camp where I first got a real taste of what circus clowning was all about thanks primarily to Frosty Little. If it wasn't for this camp I don't think I would have gotten in to RBBBC Clown College that summer. The photos aren't the best. If you recall I have a stash of undeveloped film some like the roll for theses photos are pretty old. This particular one was seventeen years old. They show Leon McBryde and Frosty Little applying their make up then putting on their wigs and costumes. If I could travel back in time I'd definitely make a stop there.
